one of the most ridiculous meals i’ve ever eaten.

so last night, i went to a restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday. we went to Resto, where they prepared our whole meal with an entire pig. we had pork, liver pate, kidneys, brain, tongue, and the works. i don’t think i’ve ever consumed so much pork in my life. most of it was delicious but some of it wasn’t cup of tea. the place was beautifully decorated though.
